This Privacy Policy explains how Puzzle Grid (the "App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile game distributed on Google Play. By using the App you agree to the practices described below.

Puzzle Grid is a single-player offline-friendly game. We do not ask you to create an account or provide your name, email, phone number, or location. However, third-party SDKs we integrate may automatically collect technical data to deliver ads and improve the app. The data categories are:

We do not collect: name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, calendar, SMS, microphone audio, camera images, precise GPS location, biometric data, financial information, or files on your device.
The App integrates the following Google services. Each service has its own privacy policy that governs how the data described above is processed:
AdMob serves banner, interstitial, rewarded, and app-open ads inside the App. AdMob may collect your Advertising ID, IP address, device info, ad interactions, and a non-precise location for serving relevant ads, frequency capping, and click-fraud prevention.
For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and certain U.S. states, we display a consent form on first launch using Google's UMP SDK. You can choose whether to receive personalized ads. Without consent, ads will be shown in a non-personalized form (NPA). You may revisit your choice anytime via the in-app Privacy Options entry in Settings.
We use Firebase Analytics to understand aggregate gameplay behaviour (e.g., which levels are most attempted) and Firebase Crashlytics to detect and diagnose app crashes. These collect device info, app interactions, and crash diagnostics. Data is associated with a randomly generated instance ID, not with your real identity.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Puzzle Grid is rated for general audiences but is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@yty-games.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
You can reset or opt out of personalized ads at the OS level: Android Settings → Privacy / Google → Ads → tap "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization".
Open the App, go to Settings, and tap Privacy Options to re-display the consent form and change your preferences at any time.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability. To exercise these rights, email privacy@yty-games.com with the subject "Privacy Rights Request". We will respond within 30 days.
All on-device data (progress, coins, settings) can be cleared by uninstalling the App or by going to Android Settings → Apps → Puzzle Grid → Storage → Clear data.
Local game data is stored on your device until you uninstall or clear it. Data processed by third-party services is retained according to their policies (typically 14 months for AdMob/Firebase aggregate data unless required for fraud prevention, legal, or accounting reasons).
Data processed by Google services may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where Google operates. Google relies on Standard Contractual Clauses and other safeguards approved by the European Commission for cross-border transfers.
We rely on the security measures provided by the platforms (Google Play, Android, Firebase, AdMob) to protect data in transit (TLS) and at rest. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Any change becomes effective when posted at the same URL (with an updated "Last updated" date). For material changes we will, where reasonably possible, surface a notice within the App.
